Este trabaja en los dominios de frecuencia\/n\u00famero de onda de in-line, x-line, offset, azimut y tiempo o in-line, x-line, offset-x, offset-y y tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>El algoritmo ASFT intenta reconstruir la onda, en los sitios en los que la se\u00f1al s\u00edsmica no fue grabada, resolviendo los coeficientes de Fourier en el dominio del n\u00famero de onda. A diferencia de otros m\u00e9todos el ASFT no fuerza la ubicaci\u00f3n de las trazas de entrada a los centros de las celdas de una grid y tampoco limita los n\u00fameros de onda a un sistema de grid. En consecuencia no desenfoca las estructuras geol\u00f3gicas y no altera los efectos AVO<br \/>\npre-existentes en los datos s\u00edsmicos.<\/p>\n<p>La ventaja de realizar la interpolaci\u00f3n en el dominio del CDP (in-line\/x-line), en vez del dominio de disparo\/receptor, es que le permite a Geo-X usar operadores locales preservando as\u00ed cambios bruscos de las estructuras geol\u00f3gicas.
